Bunny Dipper Carrots

Bunny Dipper Carrots

A no-bake, 5-minute Easter snack that looks like a little “carrot patch.” Crisp baby carrots get a tiny smear of peanut butter, topped with a little carrot nest for extra crunch and cuteness. Perfect for a quick treat board (and easy cleanup).

Ingredients

  • Baby Carrots (As many as you want to serve)
  • Natural Peanut Butter (No Sugar, No Salt, No Xylitol)
  • Carrot Shavings (Use a fine grater on a carrot to make shavings)
Optional
  • 1 spoon Plain Greek Yoghurt (to thin the peanut butter for easier dipping)

Equipment

  • Fine grater (for carrot shavings)
  • Small Bowl
  • Spoon or Butter Knife
  • Plate or Serving Board

Method

  1. Wash carrots and pat dry.
  2. Cut carrots in half along the length.
  3. Make carrot shavings: Use a grater to create thin carrot ribbons.
  4. Prep the dip: Spoon a small amount of peanut butter into a bowl (thin with a little yogurt if you want).
  5. Assemble: Dip or spread a little peanut butter on the carrot, then sprinkle carrot shavings on top like a “nest.”

Notes

  • Peanut butter is rich; keep portions small, especially for smaller dogs.
  • For dogs who gulp food, consider slicing carrots lengthwise to reduce choking risk.
  • Always supervise furkids when eating snacks.
  • Great as a quick Easter-themed snack board for dogs.

Tip: If you only have large carrots available, cut them into rounds and make little nests. (see image below)
